Integrity Measurement Instrument (IMI)

The IMI is an adapted version of the IP-200. It is a more condensed lower level test that offers two versions, namely Version I and Version II. Version I is the Standard test developed for English speaking candidates with a formal scholastic education of grade 9 or higher, OR For candidates for who English is not their home language, with a formal scholastic education of grade 11 or higher. Version II is the Support version developed for English speaking candidates with a formal scholastic education of Grade 8 or less, OR For candidates for whom English is not the first language with a formal scholastic education of Grade 10 or less.

The instrument (IMI) is based on a questionnaire – paper and pencil test. The instrument consists of 100 test-items. The instrument renders ten ‘scores’ only, other than the IP-200, that renders more than 50 scores. The substructures being measured are the following:

• Honesty
• Stealing/Theft
• Violation of policies, rules and regulations
• Reliability and dependability
• Lying
• Denial (Projection and Justification)
• Work Ethic
• Manipulation • Verifiable items
• Lie detector

The IMI and the IP-200 measures the person’s Integrity as a whole and can be used for Selection, Promotions, Analysis of Deviating Behaviour, Integrity Enhancement Drives, Training and Development, Corruption Intervention and Organizational Development.

These examinations can be ordered and implemented on an individual basis or as part of a customized package tailored to suit the needs of your business in either a pre-employment capacity, as part of employee advancement or an integrity management program.
